Sarah — Terms of Service
1. Who We Are
Sarah is a personal assistant service operated by Přesčas s.r.o., company registration number 28550714, registered at Sudoměřská 1293/32, Žižkov, 130 00 Praha 3, Czech Republic. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean Přesčas s.r.o. You can contact us at legal@dunross.cz.
2. What Sarah Does
Sarah is an AI-powered personal assistant accessible via yoursarah.com. Sarah helps you remember information, set reminders, manage tasks, and stay organised through conversational interaction.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Sarah. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when signing up. You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Sarah to store or process illegal content, to attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the service, to impersonate others, or to use the service in any way that violates applicable law. You are responsible for everything you store in Sarah.
6. Subscription and Payment
Sarah is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing is displayed at yoursarah.com. Your subscription begins after your free trial period ends and you provide payment details. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
7. Free Trial
New users receive a 7-day free trial. No payment is taken until the trial ends. You may cancel before the trial ends at no charge.
8. Service Availability
We aim to keep Sarah available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may carry out maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We are not liable for any losses arising from service downtime.
9. AI Limitations
Sarah is powered by artificial intelligence. AI systems can make mistakes. Sarah's responses should not be relied upon as professional advice — legal, medical, financial, or otherwise. You remain responsible for decisions you make based on information Sarah provides.
10. Your Data
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You own your data. We do not sell it to third parties.
11. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Deleted accounts enter a 14-day recovery window during which you can restore your account by logging in. After 14 days your data is permanently deleted.
12. Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without notice if necessary.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of Sarah after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.
